The distributor of the WORX PROFESSIONAL brand has prepared for the customers a reliable “SERVICE 48”. This service guarantees the WORX PROFESSIONAL customers upon fulfilling the conditions described below the shortest possible time of 48 hours for the dealing with the warranty repair or “INSPECTION” so that it is possible to use the fully functional and checked tools again. This time does not include the time necessary for machine transport to or from the authorised servicing centre.
The conditions of “SERVICE 48” are as follows:
1. The customer will use the free of charge phone line 800 700 050 for reporting a warranty repair or “INSPECTION”. The WORX PROFESSIONAL operator will secure the customer a transport service, which will transport the product to the authorised servicing centre. The costs for the transport to the authorised servicing centre and subsequently back to the customer are paid by the distributor.
2. The customer will hand over the machine to the external transporter ordered by the WORX PROFESSIONAL operator service properly packaged and thus protected against damage.
3. The customer will attaché to the machine the needed documents: the valid warranty card, the registration for the “WARRANTY PROGRAMME” service, the current address for sending the shipment back including a phone contact.
