The distributor of the WORX PROFESSIONAL brand has prepared a special “WARRANTY PROGRAMME” for the customers within the scope of improving the provided services. By fulfilling the conditions of the “WARRANTY PROGRAMME”, the customer will obtain a title for an extended warranty “2+1+2=5” and therefore can utilise up to 43,800 hours of extra warranty, namely free of charge.
The conditions of the “WARRANTY PROGRAMME” are as follows:
1. Correct registration of the product into the “WARRANTY PROGRAMME” service must be performed within 14 calendar days from the product purchase at the contact below. The customer may also perform the registration in cooperation with the seller directly during the purchase (if the technical equipment of the seller allows) or at the free of charge phone line 800 700 050.
2. Regular paid “INSPECTIONS” of the machines by the authorised servicing centre, the first within three years from the date of purchase and subsequently in yearly intervals or always after 200 hours of operation for the entire period of the warranty “2+1+2=5”. For the shortest possible time of performance of the “INSPECTION” we recommend utilising the free of charge phone line 800 700 050.
